Artist Statement

From childhood to now, my true passion has been art and art collecting. Art has become the most important part of my life, and I have devoted my heart to it.

I have learned Chinese painting, calligraphy, and traditional Chinese seal cutting,which involves carving the seal character into stone using a special knife. I was invited to participate in the 85th-anniversary celebration of the Xiling Seal Art Society in China. I like traditional Chinese art, but I’m more obsessed with Western painting and sculpture.

I have been studying oil painting for a long time. I devote myself to the field of art,which I truly love. I studied painting with tutors; I also went back to school to study visual arts and raise my artistic level.

My work has been exhibited in group exhibitions at Old Customs House, Fremantle,and Perth Town Hall, and has received widespread critical acclaim. I founded the “Eastern and Western Art Studio” and had the sole art studio opening.
